Are you legally registered?

Do you charge clients a commission?
No. We do not charge clients a commission on developer projects, because we are contracted directly with the developers. For land purchases and special requests, the terms are agreed with the client in advance.
Can foreigners buy property in Egypt?
Yes, foreign ownership is permitted under Egyptian law, subject to the applicable rules and conditions. Before any purchase is completed, we review and follow up on the process after you send your documents, so that everything is checked and verified (due diligence).
How does reservation work, and can I get my down payment back?
Reservations are made through the developer. In most projects, the down payment is refunded without any deduction of charges, according to our agreements with the developers. Terms can differ from one project to another, so ask us about the specific project before you reserve.
